After using approximately 14 cases for my 9930, and reviewing appx 9, I got my paws onto the ACTIVE Combo from Seidio, and I fell hard for this one. The case itself is available in 4 color options, and is 2 pieces plus an ACTIVE Holster. Very easy to install/remove your case as often as someone like myself without anything more than some superficial wear. Unlike many other cases this one didn’t stretch out and the soft matte finish keeps the scratches & greasy prints down. Just a quick brush across the sweatshirt and mine looks new as the day I got it. A real treat this one!

My newest Seidio experience is with the CONVERT Combo. This has been a totally different process for me all together. With cases I’ve always been used to the idea of separating my cases from lightweight, everyday to heavy duty. And I do believe I’ve seen other manufactures attempt to create something like the CONVERT before. But they’ve rarely made much buzz in the eyes of consumers. I’m bananas about this 2-in-1 case combo (with Ultimate Screen Guard). I did take it off my Bold for about 48 hours recently. But now it’s back on. The cool concept of being able to simply add a skeleton & rugged skin over your already perfectly lightweight SURFACE Case (included) to build a really tough case on-the-fly is super-fantastic!

Being in the Life Safety field I am always looking to wrap 1 of my most valuable pieces of equipment in a case such as the Seidio Convert. I have been eyeing this case for a while. It looks to be very versatile and seems to offer exactly what I’m looking for. May I please have one.

I need the convert case, so I can go from light-duty to heavy-duty protection in a matter of seconds. With summer fast approaching I will need a case like this to protect my 9930 while doing apartment turns when the student population leaves. Please, don’t make my 9930 have the same fate as my 9650, which has scratches everywhere.
