Flicking through the new apps in BlackBerry App World a bit ago and I came by one called The Organic App by Toysoft. The Organic App is designed for shoppers keep pesticides out of their favorite produce!

Blaq, Kisai Labs incredibly popular Twitter client for BlackBerry PlayBook has just bumped up to v1.7.1 and is now available for download in App World! This is a Berryfication Heavy Rotation application and must have for any PlayBook user.
Here’s what’s new:
- Timeline position is held if new tweets are loaded while scrolled (instead of jumping to top)
- Reduced application size
- Reduced memory footprint
- Big performance improvements
- Improved scrolling

And here are some significant bug fixes:
- Real-time streaming fixes (caused by server changes to Twitter’s streaming on Monday)

- Tweets over 140 characters are still sendable if the virtual keyboard’s return key is used
- When tweeting a photo, a lack of space between the link and surrounding text make it unclickable
- When replying to a retweet, replies should be directed to original tweeter

Ebscer first caught my attention with his game Pixelated Plus for BlackBerry PlayBook & Smartphones. I would later graduate to his Xploding Boxes game (personal favorite), and now his Runaway Trains game for BlackBerry PlayBook. Another absolute must-have.
V1.1 of Runaway Trains for BlackBerry PlayBook brings some additional levels [101 - 120] & Spanish language support. Compatibility still covers BlackBerry tablet 1.0.6 as well as NOOK tablet & color devices here.
Not only will you find misspelled items on eBay with this application, but you’ll be saving tons of loot since these items get very few bids, if any at all. C2 Development came with it on this app. Fat Fingers is based off the popular website by the same name, www.fatfingers.com/.

Ever since the PlayBook has come out I’ve searched for a great block-breaker style game to enjoy. Now finally with the help of Marmalade, we have Blocks of Pyramid Breaker by Fern’s Blossom Studio. A totally addicting block crusher complete with bonuses in an ancient Egypt setting.

Being a huge fan of quality products, I thought we’d better do a post on some of the new items MMMOOO has come out with lately. From FREE apps & games to some of the most fun themes, they’re building compatibility for OS7.1 devices (themes) & still bringing items out for OS4.5!

After making some golden waffles for the little guys this morning I was surprised by another treat. A tasty new BlackBerry Messenger via the BlackBerry Beta Zone! BBM v6.2.0.33 comes with a nice list of fixes.
Fixed Issues
- Missing BBM icon on OS 5.0
- Issues scrolling up through older messages on OS 6.0
- Issue selecting all the text by scrolling up/down in the inline display name and personal message fields
- Scrolling quickly in the inline edit view allowed the focus to move out onto your avatar
- Pressing the Enter key while the focus is on your avatar initiated the inline edit view
- In the inline display name or personal message field, smileys were highlighted when added via the “Add Smiley” menu option
- Unable to scroll in certain directions within the inline display name and personal message field
- No “Save” menu option or prompt dialog when the inline display name or personal message field only contains smileys
- No red splat on the BBM icon after deleting a group icon from the Home Screen and receiving a group notification
- Notification view/today view does not show BBM Messages

Twitter for BlackBerry squeezed out another update in the BlackBerry Beta Zone this morning. Said to be for just one simple bug fix. Twitter for BlackBerry is now sitting at v3.0.0.19
If your a Twitter user chances are you already have this app installed. But for those of you who aren’t familiar or never installed the beta version, it is compatible with 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 & 7.1 devices.
