BQC Guidelines

Eligibility

The BQC is certificate open to all organizations and individuals involved in designing, building, producing applications, themes or accessories for business, consumer or general audiences.
There is no limit to the number of products from one developer that may be submitted. Complet information about product, testing product and fee must accompany each entry (ONLY IF PRODUCT IS ELIGIBLE FOR BQC!).

Unacceptable Material

Entries that contain pornographic material, propagate “hate” messages, make defamatory statements, or which are otherwise extraordinarily offensive are not eligible.

Acknowledgment Of Entries

Entrants will receive an email acknowledgment when an entry has been received.

Judging Process

All submissions will be judged on the following:
Creativity
Originality
Design
Content
Personality

Eligible submissions will undergo an evaluation in all areas of the criteria.

Checked and approved submissions will receive a BQC’s notification email and a link to their BQC (to display it on their website, press releases and with reviews published on other websites), credits and description will be added to Berryfication’s database of BQC products. Also the company/designer/developer responsible for the certified product will be added to the “Profiles” database.

Terms And Conditions Of Entry/Usage

The Berryfication (BQC) assumes all entries are original and the entrant either owns the work or has permission from a developer or other appropriate party to enter the product, with all rights granted therein. In the event that an entrant without such rights submits an prouct, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition. The Berryfication (BQC) are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.
Developer acknowledges the right of Berryfication to BQC product information for promotion and publication purposes in any medium.

Foreign Language Entries

While non-English speaking entries are not explicitly forbidden, products and product information must be accessible to our predominantly English speaking judges.

BQC Fees

It’s no fee to apply your product, you pay fee only in case your product is BQC approved. Fee for one BQC evaluate product in 50 USD payable trough PayPal.
