We’ve been looking for the perfect Font installing app for quite a while now. Since BlackBerry 7.0 launched, I went through 4 total products before FontManager landed down upon me. Then when everything was running perfectly, QuiteSimple dropped an awesome update!

It’s crazy to think just about a year or so ago, BlackBerry users had only the fonts RIM provided in our smartphones. Now please take note FontManager does NOT Come with fonts. FontManager is an application that allows users to install custom .ttf format (TrueType Unicode) fonts into your BlackBerry. You can find them from other friends in your BBM 6.0 or online. There are many sites that have these fonts including http://forums.crackberry.com.
Please remember this app will not support fonts over 90k in size. I haven’t run into many that were larger than this but some sites you just have to make sure your only grabbing the smaller ones. Other awesome features besides installing the slickest fonts is support for Underlined, Strike Through, Fantasy, and more. Also get more font sizes beginning at 5px all the way up to 20px. Easily the best $2.99 I’ve spent in a long time. Share fonts with friends, share the app with friends to install, receive fonts from friends, update your status when you update your font, all on BBM 6.0!!
The best treat for me is that FontManager installed every one of my previously downloaded fonts from my SD Card. They all work great! Plus these fonts will remain active even through reboots and battery pulls. So if your in the market for a fonts app, would love to change your fonts to look like the images in our screenshots, then your going to want this app!
