This application is very user friendly. You don’t need to have be a hardcore juicer to understand the 3 step process. But the best part is the various modes in my opinion. Depending on which mode you choose (Novice, Advanced, Extreme) will depend on what your routine consists of..
For instance, Step One [in Novice] will give you items like bicep curls, standing military press, palms down wrist curl etc. And each will consist 12 – 20 reps with a side-note saying “do less reps if you can’t do all the reps” for one of the exercises. Step One [in Extreme] will keep with the flow but bringing most advanced dumbell exercises. Such as dumbell push press, dumbell t-pushups, dumbell high pulls etc. Reps and time get longer as you move up from novice, advanced and finally extreme modes.

The actual UI and features are nice too. The Timers are attractive and can be zoom-into for the closest view. This got to be the view I preferred after I memorized the various exercises. But the biggest win from using an application like this has got to be the physical improvements your body overcomes with extended or regular use. Sergios Designs didn’t design an app to try to help “convince users to get fit” he made an app for users who want to get fit and stay that way. Going through these types of exercises, reps and increasing difficulties have been proven to work for years. So you’re buying a tool to help get you on-track and staying there. I like that about the product as well. Overall it’s the first fitness app that’s really impressed me on the PlayBook. I’m sure future updates could even bring in eating habits or more routines. But as is this is a pretty solid buy.
Get Fit is just $1.99 in BlackBerry App World. For those who love to stay in shape or have already decided they want to take better care of their bodies, I highly recommend it.
