Instead of taking time off or going to a new device HedoneDesign choose to break new ground with the current 5.x OS and 6.x OS beta for 9800 Torch series! Liteon reinvents the BlackBerry homescreen with 2 docks overlapping on another with Dimensional navigation!!
You haven’t seen or used this type of function before because no one has tapped into it until now. The clean white structure with colorful, collectible icons and the 2 Dimensional docks adds a new territory of cool to your BlackBerry style.
Liteon proves HedoneDesign can make more than just a pretty design. They invent and continue to lead graphic design towards a brighter future. With so many themes just adding some pre-made wallpapers, color and re-used icon-sets nowadays, it’s refreshing to see quality engineering and hidden technology isn’t dead.
What adds a lot of shine to this product for me is the basic structure, fast function and easy to read menu’s, and icons. They previously used this set of icons inside Thalia. A great looking and nicely functional theme. But it just wasn’t quite the structure I needed in the long run. Liteon meets and exceeds my personal grasp on a product that first I can move freely through without feeling bogged down with options or SVGs. Plus the homescreen gives me 2 docks to fully customize which I can think of tons of ways this is useful. One for business, the other pleasure. One for email and messaging and the other for finances. The product is yours if you choose so you make the call. It’s cool once and a while to have just 10 icons at home, 5 of which are viewable at a glance with 5 more just 45 degree glide on the trackpad!
After using Liteon for a few days I can say I really like this theme for me. It’s easy to get the hang of as well as being a product for more the power user. But with enough style to keep my attention. Sometimes navigation between dock 1 and dock 2 isn’t perfectly precise, all in all it’s 98% on point. Just like HedoneDesign to blast another woo-oh how’d they do that even before the new OS6 theme studio launched! Nuff said.
