Photo Studio PRO & FREE Updated by KVADGroup

I kept changing the title of this post to say “Photo Studio PRO & FREE version updated to bring some awesome new features, or “Photo Studio..” but it was too long. And the bottom line is I love the new Photo Studio: PicFrames addition! Upon other improvements.

If your not real in-tuned to the world of BlackBerry or developer KVADGroup, I’ll explain it. The name KVADGroup their name in App World because RIM doesn’t allow for apps or developers to use the name “Berry” in their titles. They are known at BerryBlowApps in MobiHand Stores such as the Berryfication Store and other similar stores like Handango.

Anyways I’ll remind you that KVADGroup is also responsible for such classics as the Labyrinth 2 and Labyrinth 2 LITE game for Touch devices like Storm 95xx, Torch 9800, 9810, 9850 & 9860. Would love to see that one on Bold 99xx or PlayBook someday! And Stocks+ which allows users to put the most recent stock quotes right on their homescreen with their homescreen widget!

With the recent updates to Photo Studio and PRO versions, they’ve added one of the coolest features I’ve seen in a pic filter/frames application. And that’s the new Pic Frames feature. If your not interested in paying for the full version (PRO costs $3.99), then you can purchase each Pack separately. The ‘Pic Frames’ is $0.99 alone, same goes for the ‘Effects Pack 1′ , ‘Effects Pack 2′, ‘Christmas Frames 1′, and ‘Christmas Frames 2′ each is $0.99 a piece. I really enjoyed spicing up our Christmas pictures with the Christmas Frames packs and then moved them into the Pic Frames here as well as my PlayBook for use with RIM’s FREE ScrapBook application!

There’s a ton of great looking features in this app. I love ‘Filter- apps’ but there’s not many very good ones for BlackBerry. Photo Studio is surly in the top of the list. I’m sure this won’t be the last update we see either. Keep it tuned to Berryfication for more on high quality products, both paid and free!
