Back in December, rezn posted our first review of the application Ringtone Remix by Electric Pocket Ltd. Ringtone Remix is a small app that ultimately let’s you make ringtones out of the MP3 tracks you have downloaded on your BlackBerry.

Our Electric Pocket connection emailed us this week to let us know that they’ve updated Ringtone Remix to v1.2. Make your own free MP3 ringtones from the music you already own. Ringtone Remix gives you all the tools you need to make great ringtones.

I think in my deep thought at the old grind house I had surly thought of different ways to get away with sending text messages at work but not physically touching the BlackBerry, hadn’t I? Haven’t you? EP has. Yep that’s right txtForward is one of Electric Pockets most clever creations. A simple few settings and your off to the land of something better than watching that old assembly line make doughnuts, promise.

Well txtForward wasn’t exactly Developed for the reason I had in mind, believe it or not. But mine is a nice use too. What txtForward does is sends a duplicate copy of SMS text and/or Pin messages to your choice of email accounts. It’s
Lifesaver I’ll call this. The Berryfication Twitter Rx app. Oddly this is a Twitter client but enters through a different door. Taking a step back from the traditional client and giving businesses or people trying to watch certain subjects, mentions, or hash-tags. I’ll still use my regular Twitter for BlackBerry, UberTwitter and SocialScope for the many reasons. But Electric Pocket’s Twitter Client application Twitterlerts is one highly useful tool.

One day months ago I tried Twitterlerts and honestly could not get comfortable with the application whatsoever. Although I didn’t have any Popular Searches I was interested in. No Favorite Searches I could think of besides just some fun little quick checks. But now we have our own high end BlackBerry product site and Twitterlerts is a awesome
