The BlackBerry PlayBook has been available for over 6 months now. Assuming most users had BlackBerry Smartphones, I guess RIM just assumed there would be no demand (or little need) for a native Password Keeper. Thankfully the very talented bunch over at XLabz saw it another way and developed this beautiful product that does some great things as seen in the extensive features above.
With Vault on my PlayBook I don’t need to check my smartphone as much. Actually I’m sort of new to the application myself. Before I started chatting with the guys at XLabz, I didn’t have any clue that this password manager was so gorgeous and well-built.
Fast forward a bit to my discovery of all their intuitive applications (10 total) for BlackBerry PlayBook. By the time I reached Vault and started reading into the description, you could say I didn’t make it past the features before hitting that pretty “purchase” button.
Check out all 10 applications (shown below) at http://www.xlabz.com/MobileProducts.
Save, access & manage passwords, create new custom categories, link straight to websites from within the application, generate secure passwords, back-up/restore fro, Dropbox, Import data from KeePass XML files and so much more!
Vault – Password Manager is just $2.99 in BlackBerry App World right now. If you like to keep tabs on your passwords, links, credit cards etc you might want to get this asap. Current users head over and update to v1.1 now!
